We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us — through the contact form or the puppy inquiry form. This includes your name, e-mail address, phone number, and message content.
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Messages sent through the forms go directly to the kennel's e-mail inbox. Data may be processed by our hosting provider, solely to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the website and message delivery.
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) if you believe the processing of your data infringes data protection law.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not use any tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). We do, however, use two technical mechanisms described below.
Browser session storage (sessionStorage). We store, in your browser, information that you closed the welcome pop-up about a current litter — only for the duration of your browsing session, so it doesn't reappear on every page. This information is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab and is never used for tracking or profiling.
Google Fonts. The site loads fonts (Orbitron, Rajdhani) directly from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). While the page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which involves transmitting your IP address. This happens solely to display the site's typography correctly.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data you share with us against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.
